Yes, all products sold on PARFUM are guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size first if you are unsure of a scent.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that fragrances are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content and must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
