At PARFUM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original designer box and use the protective bubble wrap provided to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
